• ArrayLists
  • Make a Person class that has two fields: a String for name and an int for age.
  • Make an arraylist of <Person> and call it "people"
  • Create 5 people and add them to the "people" arraylist
  • Do the following things on your arraylist:
  • 1. print out all of the people (names and ages) in the arraylist
    2. print out all of the names that begin with "B"
    3. print out the names of anyone with ages greater than 20
    4. delete anyone whose age is less than 10
    5. if there is a name "Jim" then print out this record. If no one in the arraylist is named "Jim" then print out "Jim not found.

  • 1. What are the following variables used for? ( toppings, foxbat, algebra, yarn, tools, coke, zorro, paper)
  • 2. Rename each of these variables into something that makes sense (Rename them in the program and also write down what your new names are.)
  • 3. Explain how the program works. (write it down)
    How does the program keep track of what letters have been guessed already? How does it handle filling in the letters and blanks ? ( _ E _ R R _ )
    Explain all of the major code blocks (for, while, if, else). Put comments next to them.
  • You should be able to explain what every single line in the program does. I'll probably ask you, so make comments in your copy of the program.
